Cancellation Policy

By booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions provided below.

CANCELLATION WINDOW

All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

To initiate a cancellation, please contact customer service at Lisa@spiritsaretalking.com.

Please include all necessary details, including your name, email address, the service date, and the reason for cancellation.

We will confirm your cancellation and notify you of any applicable fees or rescheduling options.

CANCELLATION FEE

The full service amount will be charged for cancellations made within the cancellation window.

NO-SHOW FEE

The full service amount will be charged if the client fails to appear for the scheduled service without providing prior notice.

Exceptions

EMERGENCIES

In the case of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee.

FORCE MAJEURE

If the service cannot be performed due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters or acts of God), the service will be rescheduled.

Additional Notes

RESCHEDULING

All rescheduling requests must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. We will do our best to accommodate our clients. However, we cannot guarantee availability.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind (i.e. if you decide you no longer want the product or service).
